Organization XIII is a group dedicated to maintaining the Survivor:Zombie balance in the suburb of Gatcombeton and it's neighboring suburbs. The Organization works as Death Cultists, Player Killers, and Zombies if most of Gatcombeton's Tactical Resource Points are not ruined, and as Survivors if most of Gatcombeton's Tactical Resource Points are ruined. Organization XIII's headquarters, also known as the Castle That Never Was, is located at Lamport Walk Police Department, Gatcombeton (24,13).
