I am on a sysop hiatus.

If I do not return within six months I will face potential demotion due to inactivity.

Usage:

Put {{SysopHiatus}} at the top of your user or talk page if you wish to extend automatic demotion proceedings to six months (from the standard four).

If you wish to change or get rid of the alignment, change align="center" to either align="right" or align="left" or simply delete it:
