This template is being used on many users pages. As of such all of these user pages have "Dunell Hills Police Department" as their title, this of course is breaking [[UDWiki:Administration/Policy_Discussion/Prohibiting_Content_Outside_of_the_Normal_Page_Area|this policy]] (in the sense that it's misleading). I'm sure that this was un-intentional, so I was coming here to get a solution to this issue.
