Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Barricade Policy

According to the Shearbank Barricade Plan, the Derrington Building should be kept Extremely Heavily Barricaded at all times.
