Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

The Flynn Building is the closest enterance place to Waterlow, it must remain VSB+2. It is nothing special, only sometimes it is better barricaded and someone from Waterlow must repair this.

Building Barricade Policy

Buildings are come and go when it comes to barricade policy. They are not resource buildings, so they can usually remain at Extremely Heavily Barricaded levels, but, because of their low profile, they are also commonly used as entry points for the buildings around them.
