After years of neglet and survival on seedy business, the Flynn Motel has finally been purchased by a non-disclosed company who decided to give the Motel one last chance. Lavishly refurbished (a painting and a sculpture) and staffed (a zombie concierge, well known for his habit of singing in most inappropriate moments), the Flynn Motel is now open for business again!

EHB, four survivors inside - all at full health. Nobody has a record in the RG. Generator is installed but unfueled. Penguin Mafia - Guest Quarters has been spraypainted inside, Property of the Penguin Mafia outside.
