The building is in good condition and has a well sustained power source.The floor is laced with electrical cables and other devices.One particular room houses the radio transceiver which is connected to a music database.The walls are decorated with various versions of the Sanus Vox logo.

To be kept at EHB as the entry point has been moved one block west to the Cahill Building.

Current Status

From July 25th,2010 the Goulding Hotel has become the HQ and studio of Zombie Radio Madness.The building is powered and VHB most of the time.Holmgard,when not on active duty,can be found here getting ready for his next broadcast.
