===Description===
The Gulliver Building is known only locally for it's infamous underground Arkham Asylum where only the crazed still exist. Since no zombies have yet made it past the security interlocks, the insane will live down there for the rest of their lives. There are some rumors that members of the hostile group [[Malton Mental Hospital]] were spawned from Arkham Asylum which leads to suggestions that even underneath the Gulliver Building isn't safe anymore.
