Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Gulliver Building

Description

The Gulliver Building is known only locally for it's infamous underground Arkham Asylum where only the crazed still exist. Since no zombies have yet made it past the security interlocks, the insane will live down there for the rest of their lives. There are some rumors that members of the hostile group Malton Mental Hospital were spawned from Arkham Asylum which leads to suggestions that even underneath the Gulliver Building isn't safe anymore.
