Basic Info:

A monument is a city block containing a statue or similar piece of public art, without a building in it. It is functionally equivalent to a street, except that players with the Tagging skill can gain 2 XP for writing graffiti on a monument.

This is, game-play wise, an empty block, and cannot be barricaded.

After the July 3, 2009 update, some monuments became tall and can be seen from a distance with binoculars

The Pace Monument, [78,27] was an active revive point in the suburb of Santlerville until it was decommissioned in 2009. Currently it is again a revive point for Anarchy's Army and their comrades

Description

Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing in front of the monument:

"You are at the Pace Monument, an equestrian statue on a plinth."

The Pace Monument is again one of the current three Revive Points in the suburb of Santlerville. In the past it was actively maintained by the Five Critics, however the group has since gone inactive. It is now the revive point for Anarchy's Army members and it's friends. All others please head 1N to the Santlerville Cemetery.
