This hotel is located in the western part of Lamport Hills. It has been designated EHB in the Lamport Hills barricade plan. Tagging it earns no XP.
The Lamport Incident
The original benefactor of the creation of The Parsons Hotel was a Mr. Jonathan Terrill, owner of the then flourishing Terrill Arms, who came to branch out into the hotel and catering business. After his emigration to Australia in 1930, the hotel went into disrepair, the new owner having turned to drink to drown his sorrows in a failing hotel empire. It turned out that Mr. Terrill had received news of the imminent war, and had fled, leaving his incompetent nephew in charge. However, as he felt a moral need to help the community, especially when they were faced with a war, he sent Dr. Alexis Reed monthly payments to help out his nephew. Because she felt the hotel was running well by itself, she decided to take it upon herself to "help out those in need" in the community, and began embezzling money for Grenoit Lillef, the local chief, though the true nature of the bribery was not found until years after her death, though many had suspected something related to her medical career.
