The Rutter Motel

Description

Outside: You see the building surrounded by a 10 ft. chain linked fence reinforced by abandoned vehicles. The First and Second Story windows have been boarded up, the stairs that lead to the second floor has been destroyed and only replaced by a rope latter. There is a flagpole with the SZES Flag waving upon the wind.

Inside: Everything is very organized, all the entrances except the main one is heavily barricaded. All the hotel rooms are equipped with Heavy Duty locks. One room carries cash of weapons and another carries the Radio Transmitter. There is a Nuclear Fallout Shelter in the basement of the building with a Portable Generator plugged into the buildings fuse box. The lobby is decorated with a stuffed bear and a stuffed fish.

According to the South Blythville Barricade Plan, this building should be kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB) at all times.
