===Disputed ownership===
The [[Dead Dudes]] were one of the first survivors to come across The Sidney Arms and have found a home in it. They've even managed to create a popular film studio out of it and have vowed to '''protect''' the building, the area around it and all survivors in it with their lives. Members of this group also placed a candle-lit photograph of '''Steve Irwin''' on the restored bar, to remember this great man.

However, a new group by the name of The [[Malton Maulers]] have attempted many times to destroy the building and to take over the surrounding area. Thus far, these attempts have failed some of the time, but this new group is convinced that the Arms will once become their property. They believe that the group Dead Dudes is racist and pro-nazi coalition. With their own saying very racist and anti-semetic things and writings, they seem to like to spread their evil and hate throughout the land of malton. Their leader dikki's background shows that "    After being thrown out of college for racial assault Dikki joined another director called Adamkun2 together they started making low budget horror films. Dikki has very neo-nazi belifes but even though a skinhead he is quiet calm and very intelligant" and "Dikki taking almost full command he has brought his and some of the other DD members nazi/nationlist beliefs into the group"
The Dead Dudes cannot hold an area such as the Sidney Arms for it stands with them a symbol of hate, a symbol that the Malton Maulers plans to bring down.

This pub is located in the southern part of Lamport Hills. It has been designated EHB in the Lamport Hills barricade plan.


Description

Once a well-known and popular Australian-themed bar. But after the owner died the pub was shut down and boarded up. Several years of negligence and vandalism left the pub smashed up and looted. The only things that remained as decoration were a few torn and burned Australian flags hanging from the ceiling and a bunch of badly damaged tables and chairs. Broken glass and burned wood was found laying all over the once beautiful marble floor. And then came the outbreak. Just a few weeks later was the pub rediscovered by a group of passing-by survivors. While barricading the doors and windows, these survivors stumbled onto a hidden basement; filled ceiling-high with barrels quality beer. Nowadays, The Sidney Arms is once again a popular location for survivors and zombies alike.

January 2009

18th-The Arms is still under attack from the wonderful group Malton Maulers. We have continued to battle for the area and will now go all out for it and have broken into the Arms daily. -Neice

1st - Sidney Arms is now back in possession of the Dead Dudes, and is fully barricaded and powered. --Wast0id 17:15, 1 January 2009 (CST)

December 2008

14th - Area IS in ruins, however, how much of credit is due to Neice is highly debatable. More likely, he is trying to take credit for the effort of other zombie group's efforts.Dead Dudes are still operating in the area, and things will be back to normal before too long. --Wast0id 20:56, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

14th - Area is under ruin by the great neice and the malton maulers. Much of lamport is in ruins due to the lack of proper handling by the group dead dudes. --Neice 19:56, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

October 2008

20th - Fighting has died down for a spell of time as the Dead Dudes Re-Org before a fresh assault. The Traitor Neice has been gunned down many many times but still he comes with his alt.

July 2008

31st - The Arms has been retaken by it's rightful owners, the Dead Dudes. Efforts to rid the rest of the area of the zed scum are ongoing. Dead Dudes Uber Alles!!

January 2008

11th - The Drama Club performed Apocalypse Now at The Sidney Arms by request of Dikki of the Dead Dudes. The troupe performed for the 2 survivors and 2 zombies present. Bootlegs of shows are available at the Drama Club page. Interested parties can book show through the Drama Club Booking page.

December 2007

24th - Sanitarium ruin The Sidney Arms as part of their tour. The pub is awarded this graphic in honour of it's participation...

October 2007

30th - Drama Club staged a performance of "Army of Darkness" at The Sidney Arms by request of Conan2 as part of their Border Tour of Malton. The group is traveling clockwise around the border suburbs of Malton with one show in each suburb. Today they performed for the 8 survivors here. May 2007

28th - Dead Dudes secure the pub and claim it as Dead Dudes film studio. Dead Dudes welcome any survivor passing through.

June 2007

14th - Dead Dudes hold a opening party with beer and jokes, party was a success with no zombie breakin's at all barricades are still holding strong some small damage but they stood up to it.
