It was constructed during the late 1919's by Ronald Grant a descendent of a British clan called Clan Grant as a bar where other Grant clan members can meet. It saw many years with its interior gutted and rebuilt several times such as a hostel, a home, an office, and also as a workshop before being abandoned somewhere during the early 40’s after his last heir died in battle during World War 2. It was then bought and decorated for use as a club house for the Malton Scout Movement by Scouter Benjamin Connell. It never got its interior finished when the outbreak started in 2005. Bought later by DEM to be used as a lounge for its Academy’s alumni it was taken care of by its first owner, Rettaw, until his disappearance. It’s currently co-owned by Forgotten86 from the MCDU, Dr. Allison Wolf from the MEMS, Inspector Zenburg from the MPD, Officer Karog from the MFU and Western Battalion Chief and DEM Chairman Robbie McGregor from the MFD.
