It is functionally equivalent to a street, except that players with the Tagging skill can gain 2 XP for writing graffiti on a monument. This is, game-play wise, an empty block, and cannot be barricaded. After the July 3, 2009 update, some monuments became tall and can be seen from a distance with binoculars

General Information

The Thicke Monument is the only monument in the suburb of Fryerbank and it sculpted by the Miltown resident artist, Edward Alexander Crowley. It is located in the far South Western corner of Fryerbank, bordering Miltown, Pennville and Whittenside.

The Thicke Monument is dedicated to the famed author Thomas A. Thicke, who co-wrote the acclaimed epic, "Beyond the Immortal Coil" with his long time friend and drinking buddy, Alexander Morris Bizzell (who monument stands next door in Miltown).

The Gover Library contains a section dedicated to the works of this two massive talents, including their other joint novels, "Pawn of Redemption" and "The Furlipped Frog", as well as the Decology of their Collected Short Stories - "Bear and Cat Again".

The Statues are of the two friends toasting each other with large frothy, beer filled tankards.
