Description
The Tompsett Library is an old library surrounded by factories and located in the suburb of Rhodenbank. The library was named after James Tompsett who donated the money for the building. It holds countless works of dazzling literature inside its walls. Before the zombie outbreak it was regarded as one of the most popular libraries in all of Malton. However, now that zombies have invaded the city, library patrons are requested to take caution when taking out works of literature and to return them to the library promptly before their due date.

None, it's just a library. Go read a book!
Barricading Policy
This building is a part of the Rhodenbank Highway, a series of buildings that are always Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded so that inexperienced survivors without the Free Running skill will still be able to find a series of adjacent safehouses that they can enter while traveling through the suburb. This is in accordance with the suburb barricade plan enforced by the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps.
If the building is ever under attack from five or more zombies only then are survivors granted permission to barricade beyond Very Strongly, but only until the threat has passed. Survivors are warned that all members of the RCDC who find the barricades raised higher than Very Strongly have the right to lower them if there is no immediate threat to the building at that time.

November 9th, 2009 - dropped by on my way to nulty repair for fuel. Couple of survivors all in good health, building at VSB++ and powered before I left. --OO Willie 06:32, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
October 18th, 2009 - oO Willie generator present but no fuel. Barricades at EHB (probably ++ I can't tell). 3 survivors including myself all in good health. Zombies nearby according to necrowatch but not in high enough numbers to be worried. Have fuel but won't start generator as it will probably attract unwanted attention and this building is not a resource point.
April 16th, 2009 - Cades at VHB.
April 12th, 2007 - The library is currently under attack from a small horde of zombies. With the building only lightly barricaded one can only hope that someone inside will soon raise them before it is too late.
