Right. Let's get started, shall we? Well then, let me then start, with saying that this is my first arbitration case in which I'm the arby. I have been one of the involved parties in three case's prior to this one, though. I'm going to format this case by what I have saw and learned from Cheese and Boxy (my arbies in those case's).

I'm aware that most of you have participated in arbitration before, so I expect that everyone knows the basics.

You can start by making your own opening case's under the heading that applies to your party. Provide all the information I need, coupled with the links to the edits/pages in question. I need reasons too, so make sure you have steady arguments to back everything up. Do not post under each others heading and do not go into discussion. Completely ignore each others texts for now, you will get a chance for rebuttals and discussions later on. Simply put, I need the what's and why's in these bits.

Bob's, Read's and DDR's Opening Statement

The backstory to this case is rather simple. Nallan and J3D's 2 person group, 2 Cool, and its sister collaboration, ALiM, are both two projects run by said users, and has been active for around 2 years. Given two years of compiling "amusing" locations, and making "amusing" locations descriptions, their 2 cool fan club, as of May 2009, consisted of one member.

It's all down to speculation, but I often consider that 2 Cool got lonely, and, sick of having the smallest fan club on the wiki, decided to add several users, which consisted of Sexylegsread, Cyberbob240 and myself.

Despite expressing that we do not wish to be a member of this club (on the wiki and via IRC), and subsequent attempts by Bob to remove himself from the list, we remain on the list under the following descriptions:

• User:sexylegsread - a member of the 2 Cool clique
• User:DanceDanceRevolution - a member of the 2 Cool clique
• User:Cyberbob240 - immature babby who we let in the fan club so he wouldn't cry to mummy.

This is slander and I wish for our names to be removed immediately. The initial parts of my case come as follows:

the "club"

Webster's Dictionary said:

An association of persons for the promotion of some common object, as literature, science, politics, good fellowship, etc.; esp. an association supported by equal assessments or contributions of the members.

Following the principles of the dictionary definition of a "club", the purpose of the 2 Cool Fan Club is bound by the common interest of following/supporting 2 Cool, an act in which neither three of the victims have never engaged in, or shown any interest in doing. To the contrary, Cyberbob has a known antagonistic relationship with the members of 2 Cool both as wikizens and as frequenters of UDWiki's administration section. I have pestered 2 Cool's fail nature (see here) countless times over the space of months, almost years, and have since accommodated the spawning of creations like 2 Cool/Shitty Unofficial Nicknames Given to 2 Cool, similarly to Cyberbob and 2 Cool/Bob's Epic Fails. Furthermore, Read has been quoted by saying that he thinks 2 Cool is "fucking gay". For examples such as these, one can easily assume that we are not joking in our quest to have our names removed from said woeful club.

In fact, the dictionary definition for association is a formal organisation of people or groups of people, and since 2CFC only has one confirmed member, it fails to even meet the criteria to be defined as a club at all. Hence this makes 2 Cool's page severely misleading and a detriment to the public of UDWiki. I ask the arbitrator to consider this when ruling based on the credibility of the accused.

The header text of the 2 Cool Fan Club suggests that the prerequisites of becoming a member is:

1. To not be a lame-ass loser.
2. To physically join, via the talk page
3. put "2 Cool FUCKING ROX MA SOXXXXXXX" in the group description to an UD profile under your control.

Despite passing criterion 1 (and as such I thank the accused for considering us to not be "lame-ass losers"), all three of the victims did not pass, voluntarily or otherwise, critereons 2 or 3. We did not "join" 2CFC via the talk page or otherwise, and I for one do not have 2 Cool FUCKING ROX MA SOXXXXXXX in any group tag of my main account or any of my alts; [1], [2], [3], [4], ,[5], [6] and [7].

For this, I claim 2 Cool's forceful addition of said victims into the 2 Cool Fan Club to be illegitimate, and I wish for my name to be taken from said page, as well as my peers Cyberbob240 and Sexylegsread.

DDR's post owns and I won't try to compete with it. Boiled down this case is basically: 2 Cool lists people as members of something they do not want to be part of, people want to be delisted.
