| #: Ooh. A question. Personally I feel its a much larger step between regular user and sysop, than between sysop and Crat. The ability to promote/demote users is one of the most open processes on the wiki, it should be about community input. The buttons that can cause real damage like checkuser and delete are already at your disposal. As for attitude Have a look at my own votes on pretty much every sysop bid, or the projects I'm currently running. Basically I try to encourage more people to get involved in the daily life of the wiki. Crats have more power, but they have to earn that right.
