    From my edit summary: "yes I know there's no such thing as a speedy keep, but this is just a user who doesn't really know what they're doing. Shouldn't be at A/D." Not everything that gets a keep vote should always be moved. If it's a petty/trollish keep vote it should be deleted anyway, if it's a misinformed deletion request in the first place, shouldn't be moved (as in here, if what Moloch is saying is right.)     Unfortunately trollish keep votes are the only way to get a page that might otherwise be deleted by a hasty sysop to actually stand up to internet democracy.
