Assylum was undeleted into your namespace because it had no purpose in the mainspace... This has potential to be used by all users and should be accessible as such. I understand your reason for wanting it alongside Assylum, but perhaps you should just copy it, there isn't any real reason why this should be moved away from everyone. Copying it merely adds more data to the wiki, when we don't need it. No point in copying it when it can simply be moved. 'Cause, you know, if copied it already exist. There's no point in leaving it in the main namespace for everyone, because what are they going to do? Make it less big, thus vandalizing the template and destroying it's original purpose? This template is beyond simple, there's no reason for others to be able to edit it. Moving it will still allow others to use it you know.
