The Urban Dead wiki is currently hosted by PoundHost.com; in return for their continuing service PoundHost expects its clients (i.e. Kevan) to adhere to a set of [Terms of Service]. Current interpretations of these terms appear in agreement that Kevan is liable for any material on the wiki; that is, that Kevan is liable for the behavior of us, the end user.
In order to minimize this liability, the Terms of Service will be adopted as official wiki policy, and any violations of said terms will be treated with the same severity as violations of existing policy.
