Text rape is completely abhorrent and utterly unacceptable.  It is tantamount to assault and may constitute a [http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/a_to_c/communications_offences/#an12 criminal offence] in some jurisdictions, including the U.K. where the wiki is hosted.  If a user vandalalises the wiki with text rape or anything which could be deemed serious harrassment the sysop team will be able to permaban them regardless of previous edit history.  No warning, no vanadal escalation, no strikes.  That's it, you're out.
