Instructions

General Formatting

  • Add new names in alphabetical order.
  • Always format the date as "YYYY-MM-DD".
  • Always refer to the date the user actually got promoted, rather than the date the promotion bid or election was closed.
  • If a user is a Bureaucrat, refer to them only as a Bureaucrat in the Position column.

Dates to Use

  • Last Contribution is the date (based on the wiki's clock) of the user's last edit.
  • Last Evaluation is the actual date that the user's last promotion (to either rank) or reevaluation was enacted.
  • Seat Available refers to the date that a Bureaucrat's seat is open for election. That date is dictated by policy (and a modification), but to summarize:
    1. For the least recently elected Bureaucrat, their Seat Available date is 3 months after the Last Evaluation of the most recently elected Bureaucrat.
    2. For the least recently elected Bureaucrat, if their Seat Available date is later than their Next Evaluation date, change it to their Next Evaluation date.
    3. For the most recently elected Bureaucrat, their Seat Available date is 3 months + 2 weeks after the Seat Available date for the least recently elected Bureaucrat.
    4. All of these dates are subject to change should a Bureaucrat resign, be demoted, or place their seat up for election earlier than expected.
  • Next Reevaluation is 8 months after their Last Evaluation date, as dictated by policy.
