Look, your best bet at the moment is to calmly pick an arbitrator, with BP and then do what they ask you to in presenting your case. Shouting by using capital letters and bold text is not helping you out realy. If you're finding yourself getting too worked up may I suggest waiting a few seconds before you post a comment?
