There is another zombie here.

The Library

Books can be searched for here and that's about it. Check library for more information. It is recommended that this building be extremely heavily barricaded.

Description

Note dated Dec 07' said:

We apologize, the library is closed to book checkout due to zombie invasion. Its resources have been converted into precinct offices. Any questions or comments please stop by the security desk and they will be happy to assist you with any concerns. The security desk is being used as the main reception area for the DHPD Uppill Precinct.

History

The Uppill Library isn't a very important repository of books. It was established in the late sixties at the end of the Norman Mailer inspired spike in reading interests and the pursuit for knowledge. With the pursuit turned out to be a goose chase, Uppill Library was one of the last to know. Suffering neglect due to a lack of interest in the public, the now filthy shelves do not even have any DVD or VHS collections. Microfisch is about as far as technology gets in Uppill, named because it is at the apex of a small hill.

From August 27 to September 4, 2007, the Uppill Library was home to the Quartly Study Group on Tour.

Since August 2006, the Uppill Library has been used as a command post for the DHPD Uppill Precinct, using the building as secured offices to run both adjacent Police Departments (Curle PD and Piegsa PD).

Since January the building has been repeatedly sacked by The Dead and is often sieged and ruined.
