You are standing in a power station. Giant turbines drive an electrical generator. Dead bodies are hung from above, swaying slightly. The area is covered in dried blood. The doors to the street have been secured. Also here is a Man (60HP).

There is a large generator here. It is running.

Somebody has written you are safe with me onto the walls in blood.

You enter the building and close the heavy doors behind you. You are immediately greeted with a truly horrible waft of decaying bodies. You notice a man standing nearby, his back to you.
