As you pass by him leaning over a dead body you can hear him mumbling slowly as though he was chanting, he turns and faces you and with a simple nod and a grin he fully stood upwards looking you in the eyes. That commanding glare drilling into your mind almost as if he could read your thoughts and past. A set of Rosary Beads in his hands shook slightly.

Are you looking for me too? [1]

Well here I am...Lemme guess, you lost someone close just now?

NO?!

Hmmm...somebody sent you to find me?

Another wrong guess...I must be losing my touch...

You wanna know more about me don't you?

Fine...

He clears his throat and takes a deep breath

You see I was born and raised in Paynterton. That was way back in the day when gas was less than a dollar and anybody that wanted to rob a back had a 40% chance of getting away with it entirely...My home was right off Healing Way, right next to Woolmyngton Alley Fire Station. My papa, he was a firefighter see? My mum, she did odd jobs and was a five time champion of the Paynterton Chili Cook Off, she made all the other women's Five Alarm more like Ice Cream Cake...

Now...I had become a Chaplain from the training I had during long church sermons many years before the first outbreaks began when Father Rorlan taught me the necessity of battlefield priests and other maintainers of faith. Although I do not preach, often, I will do what I can to ensure that all who wish for a spiritual release or the necessary reassurance get it...

I have an unfortunate habit of always being at the wrong place at the right time, I have witnessed murders, thefts, and many, many other despicable acts and always end up keeping those involved in one place until the police show up. That was until one day the Malton Police Commissioner made me an honourary police officer and then the Osmondville PD began teaching me the skills for the job. However after I had started learning, the quarantine began and after a few years in hiding, I deemed it necessary to begin taking back Malton.

Before the outbreaks I was an animator/ web designer/ graphic designer. I loved Sci-Fi, monster, zombie (irony, huh?), and fantasy films and I am guilty of attending more than one convention...and with that past comes a slight insanity and therefore the immunity to absolute, shear and utter terror.

I have a knack for learning, history and wars always had my attention, everything from the first skirmishes of the Babylonians to Vietnam, only because everything after Nam hasn't really been known for tactics... With this knowledge, I learned how to fight, what to fight, why to fight, where to fight, who to fight. Then, well, the dead rose for the first time...I began putting together all I knew and began checking all events in Malton and I now have a solution to avoid losing the Forts again, I'm traveling to tell those who believe that they are in charge what they should do to avoid losing their beloved homes...

Now as for my tattoo here, [2] it's my symbol, the black eagle head you see, I am the Lone Scourge Eagle the one and only upholder of the Virtues, bringer of Eternal Peace, and Administer of the Final Rights. I have seen death many times and it has chased me from my post in Osmondville at the Vawer Walk Police Department to New Arkham and to Lokettside and to the Giddings Mall in Pitneybank.

As you can see I am loaded down with my weapons, my shotguns and pistols, this fire axe...crowbar...combat knife...

You see how my left eye is slightly more shut than my right?

No it was not a stroke...

It just does that since I dropped my first Zombie...the damned thing went down and with a hard thunk inside the Puckard Bank in Ruddlebank, but only after a claw caught me on the side of my head and well, now my eye is a little strange lookin'...
