Foo Millan

Foo has traveled all over Malton, seeing the best, and barely escpaing the worst. He has never decided to call a place in this accursed city home yet. With a medical kit on him, a radio strapped to his chest, and an axe in his hands, Foo is ready for all that he'll encounter.

Being versed in all manner of skills that can help with the current problem, it's been taken upon his, as well as countless other survivors', shoulders to fix the epidemic. No matter how futile the attempt may be. With out any attempt we have already lost to the infernal scum.
