Background: Galstratein Uranov Drestin is the youngest son in a family of Romanian immigrants who moved to Malton in the 1970s, when he was just 3 years old, in the suburb of Quarlesbank. Galstratein wanted to enlist in the army when he was 18, but was not excepted due to a birth defect (One of his legs is slightly shorter than the other, causing him to run slower than the average man). Infuriated but still wanting to live his dreams, Galstratein signed up for the Malton Police Academy, and graduated a year later. since he knew the area, he was assigned to Quarlesbank, and got to work near to his family. Galstratein is very close to his family, and spends much of his off-time studying on a number of topics, one of his specialties being philosophy. In the early days of the outbreak, Galstratein managed to get his family out of the city through one of the early evacuation helicopters, though he was forced to stay behind in the city to assist in clean up and enforce law. He was re-assigned to Heytown, in Chaffey Alley PD, and thats where his tale begins...

I also believe that, though CRing is not a very wise tactic in most battles, there are some exceptions to the rule. NTs being that exception.
My reports from the beat.
Safety Report in my position: In Rolt Heights, Zombies mounted a breif seige that caused several non-vital buildings to be ruined, but the damage was soon repaired and vistors are asked to keep a sharp eye out for roving bands of ferals. Little to no PKing activity to report, but the cades are often breached by the ferals, so the generators may be out in resource buildings.
