One of the original members of the Malton Fire Department, co-founded the Malton Police Department and created the Department of Emergency Management. Author the DEM wiki page, and long time primary maintainer of the wiki pages for the core groups within that organization, as well as some pages of use to the general community mentioned below. Now mostly-retired, but still checking on things once in a while.

Only the default barricade level by building type in the UBP are used to generate the default plan.
