| At the onset of the undead plague, my family and I fled Malton for safety. However, my childhood friend, Telisha, had not (to my knowledge) absconded, so I returned to the broken city. Before we could finally ditch Malton forever, the British Army had arrived under order of the Government and sealed off Malton from the rest of Britain.

| I don't know what has happened of my family, of Telisha... or perhaps, even of me. I am a changed lady - in body and in mind. Decisions that repulsed me years ago do not phase me now. For example: before 2005, most anti-government protesters would have been deemed as conspiracy theorists and wackos under my judgment - now, I probably am one, ever since the Malton council allotted the blame to NecroTech, a fairly new biomedical research corporation with '''nothing''' to do with the Malton Incident.
