The Umbrella Corporation Presidential Office

...After removing the sofa and fiddling with the lock you enter the formerly known Presidential Office (the current office has since been moved to a newly renovated office). Dimly lit only by moonlight you are still able to make out, through your night vision, all the furniture, bookshelves, and a desk centered at the middle window overlooking to the North of Malton where you can make out several different suburbs. The desk is covered in shattered glass and as you approach you can make out a broken picture frame.

After trying to discern who these individuals are you flip the picture over. At the top it reads, "The Early Days '07" with several names apparently in order from left to right in the photograph:
Jackson, Lanfried, Oakley G., Davis, Cane
