Description: Headshot removes XP as normal but there is a 1% chance to totally destroy the zombie's head resulting in the zombie rising at another location, ie the nearest cemetery or somewhere else suitable, Ankle Grab would be temporally negated. The zombie would lose Brain Rot.

Zombie1 and Zombie2 both have Brain Rot and Ankle Grab
Survivor1 kills Zombie1 and Zombie2
Zombie1 takes Headshot and loses XP
