Because most people seem to visit my userpage to see my alts, I put them on top:

- Policy: Better Protection for User talk: Kevan. Mangle by community, with the final nail by Kevan.
- Policy: Update Promotion Procedure. Had a 2/3 majority, but less than 20 votes :/ Will resubmit now that the 20 votes rule has fallen.
