Welcome

I don't really think it's necessary to welcome someone who has already been welcomed elsewhere on this wiki. Which reminds me...'Tash, your sig (for Natasha) is still not up to policy standards. Would you like to slap those user tags on, or shall I do them for you? --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 05:08, 30 October 2010 (BST)

I second that. You've got bling like BLAM! Leon Silverblood 19:11, 25 March 2011 (UTC)

Heads up, Boss

Still suffering from computer blues-did get message about move today but could not access Skynet for orders-will try again shortly. Just wanted you and company to know I am following along as best I can and hope to be back fully this week after the reformatting... Cheers, Scout --Belisarius17 23:48, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

Organizations

I removed NMC from the group listing. Organizations are not usually added to the suburb group listings because it is basically like adding a group twice and could be abused to essentially flood a suburb with links to what is more or less the same group. The guidelines are here if you are curious. Not a big deal, doesn't really matter but if we remove organizations like DEM from listings, well, we have to unfortunately be consistent and remove righteous organizations like NMC as well. -MHSstaff 07:26, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

Very kind of you to drop by. Your objection is very reasonable, thanks for the explanation. --Bad Attitude BarbieSDN 07:53, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

HTML

Hi, just to let you know the use of multiple colons to indent gets rather unsightly and confusing when used on multiple sequential paragraphs. The wiki allows you to use basic html to counter this.

You can wrap a paragraph in <p></p> tags to create paragraphs and what's included between the tags is treated as it's own paragraph

Or you can use issue a single line break with <br>issuing a line break in this way will not break the current colon specified indent.
I've constructed this post out of applications of both of these if you'd like to see how they work.

It's not required to do it one way or another or anything but i thought i'd show you another style, thanks :) Moonie Talk Testimonials 13:01, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

Ridleybank Wiki

There is so much going on in the suburb talk page I figured this would be easier. I just wanted to say that despite everyone else getting worked up about things said or the battle as a larger thing I didn't want you to take my posts as intentionally hostile or anything of the sort. The way I see it is we were both reporting actual things going on and both messing around with percentages in the process. I did it as a gentle poke at all yours and I wanted you to gather that from the last sentence in my March 19th post. And I believe you picked up on my meaning due to your following post on March 20th. People can argue that either of us were using POV but I don't think either of us did anything overly POV, purposely misleading or meant to be anything other than overt and playful jabs. If you took offense to my posts like other people on there I apologize to you. -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 18:27, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

Very kind of you to message me, Jadkor, and yes, I understood your Mar 19 post was meant to tease and not offended. Subsequent accusations (by others) that my data were made up were offensive. After this discussion, however, it seems that the integrity of my data is no longer questioned so much as their validity (I hope I'm using the correct statistics terminology here.) What I mean is that some do not agree with my definition that a repaired and barricaded building is "secure" or "in survivor hands" if it is unoccupied by defending survivor(s) and thought my reports were intentionally misleading. I really appreciate that my honesty is no longer being questioned and can cheerfully agree to disagree on these definitions (and to be more careful about defining my terms and explaining my methodology in future!)--Bad Attitude BarbieSDN 00:32, 22 March 2011 (UTC)

I'll apologize as well. I misinterpreted what you are doing, wrote a poorly-thought out parody of it, and stepped over the line. If you took offense, well, I am sorry for that. -MHSstaff 18:53, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

Apology accepted, MHSstaff, very gracious of you, thanks. --Bad Attitude BarbieSDN 00:32, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
