Open but unruined status

Hi Bodici22! I noticed your summary at the St. Max's Church DR, and wanted to give my 2c on the matter. For situations like this, I usually use the tag "ransacked" — it's normally used for open junkyards (which can't be ruined), and thus isn't listed on other DangerReport pages. If the building's an NT and lit, but still open, then it may be "rot revive", or just "under attack". I wrote up a list of the qualifications I use for the different statuses at MDU/T#Danger Reports if you'd like to take a look!
