In response to your message, yes you can! The DangerReports are generally considered a neutral resource, so as long as you're not posting biased information, you can draw from whatever alts you like to gather information. And it's relatively uncommon, though not impossible, for someone to have multiple wiki accounts for separate alts; I use just this account for my 4 alts, for example. Hope that helps!
