MDG

A short time after creating MHG, I decided to make a docters group to work along side it. After that was all done, I disbanded DE because I would never be able to run both. Any docters and military staff in district 5, and some can always be drafted too, Will be there on november 5th. Hopefully with a few functional hospitals.
