Just change sans-serif to whatever you like (the wiki is pre-set to using verdana I think, so if you want that as your font, just remove the font-family part of the coding). The color is what your font color will be. Stick this code in at the very top of your user page (I preview tested it so it'll work). Section titles work differenty so to give them color, use this <font color="color name">"title name"</font>.
