grogh is never capitalised

Put this: {{Custom Title|left|User:grogh}} at the top of your page to get rid of that pesky G. CITIZEN VI 04:41, 25 July 2009 (BST)

My pleasure! In that case you might also want to consider a templated signature. You can set it up so that the four tildes (i.e. what you get when you press the sign button) will automatically turn into your particular template. CITIZEN VI 01:59, 27 July 2009 (BST)

The Definition of Condescending Prick:

Let us get together and have a grand old discussion back on my Talk wikipage. While I'm afraid that I cannot offer any beverages or snacks, I'm sure that the stimulating conversation alone will be more than worthwhile. Rest assured! For example, we could discuss the merits of grammar, proper location wikipage linkage, signatures in news posts, and the subtle art of reverting edits to clue people in when they've made a misunderstanding. That, and perhaps much more, awaits you. So come on down. :) --Mobius187 04:09, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

Let's have another try at this. I'll assume that the disparaging remarks in your last post was due to my decidedly lack of proper refreshments. Again, I must apologize for their absence. I rarely do find the time to host such stimulating conversations these days, what with all my other projects and clean-up work around the UD Wiki. But I shall not make any excuses and hold true to my apology. Let us return again to my Talk wikipage that we may partake of pleasant and polite conversation once more. --Mobius187 05:27, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, grogh!

if the 'g' in grogh...

is never capitalized...then why is it capitalized as your user name here? ;) *wiggles* --Maisy Queen of the Ziggurats 19:41, 18 August 2008 (BST)

well, it SHOULD never be caps, but the wiki doesn't know any better. `` Grogh 03:47, 24 August 2008 (BST)

Any particular reason...

...why you've been deliberately removing the new BurbNewsIntro template from the suburb pages when you post news on them? Even if you disagree with the content of the template, what you're replacing it with doesn't even have the relevant useful links (for the archiving, for example). At the least, you could've discussed this with me, as a quick check at the history would reveal that I spent quite some time standardising the suburb news pages with that template. It follows that if you disagree with the content of the template, the best place to address that would be on the talk page for said template. Please do not remove any more without further communication of your reasons. Thanks. --Funt Solo QT Scotland flag.JPG 06:53, 17 October 2008 (BST)

It's way too long, but worse, it's survivor-biased. There's no law that says we can't report "news about non resource buildings". Resource buildings are important to survivors, except for NTs, zombies generally don't care. Buildings with lots of food are important. It is ridiculous to ban news >80% of a suburb. ~~ Grogh 23:42, 17 October 2008 (BST)
Okay, I've moved this discussion to the correct place: Template_talk:BurbNewsIntro. See you there, I hope. --Funt Solo QT Scotland flag.JPG 23:03, 18 October 2008 (BST)

Irony!

This small iwit has made my day :-D i hope you enjoyed the irony of your demise as much as me! mighty oak smiting the puny zombie!

Ah, yes. I rose for 6AP and went on killing. I see the tree is still trying to get revived after two days, however. Where's my chainsaw ...

Candy Heart

Re - Uncalled for actions

I'm sorry, but I have to ask. Do you have a screenshot? --Janus talk 14:24, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Sure do! BTW, I notice Eric removed (not reverted!) my complaint. http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/2638/urbandeadthecity1236054.png -- Grogh 01:29, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Very poor gamesmanship on Eric's part, IMHO. This display of immature behavior in game says much of him, but the subsequent deletion of grogh's complaint says even more. We had the image, but wanted to wait to see if he would do something like deny it happened, delete the comment or perhaps even apologize for it. He made his choice, this is in your hands now, Janus. --FLZombie 01:57, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Just to confirm the incident, this is my screenshot of his comments. I don't know if he did it twice, or if FLZ stepped one space away after a long time afk and that was when the comments showed up on his screen. Regardless someone needs to remind the gentleman that without zombies, there would be no Urban Dead, and that zombies are run by people, too. The comments were very much uncalled for.--Violet Begonia Dean MCM MOB 02:18, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Thank you for the screenshots :) I noticed Eric removed your comment on the AZS talk page, but he also moved it here and that's the reason why his edit wasn't reverted.
I'm really sorry about what he said; text-raping/insults are definitely not approved by me and the AZS, so my deepest apologies. I'll talk to him about this, though I think you'd better send him a message/e-mail/pm (on forum) and discuss with him personally. --Janus talk 13:26, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Thank you, Janus. We appreciate your concern, but I'm afraid discussing it with the child won't be very fruitful, he has already shown his attitude and maturity in the post below this .... --Grogh 02:14, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
Eric Bessette resigned a a few days ago. Just thought I'd let you know. --Janus talk 14:53, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Your post in the AZS discussion Page

I have moved it to my personal discussion page, if you did have an issue with my deflowering of your mother and sisters, I would greatly appreciate it brought to my attention through posting it on my PERSONAL talk page. Yes I could be less juvenile, I could also stop playing this game solely while drunk to aid with my lack of typing ability while wasted, but its more fun than killing you guys, so why stop? I digress, in short. Drunk me = you offended somehow, no regrets. If i were hear to make E-Friends, I'd be a trench coater or a pker, same thing. Im here to kill zombies, and with the current loss of my LEFT4DEAD time, playing this drunk will have to suffice. Now you have a GREAT day!! --Eric bessette 13:15, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Santlerville zergs

Do you care to explain which group(s) are involved in this illegal practice? And, do you have evidences for it? Zerging is a strong accusation, and inhabitants of Santlerville need clarification on who that accusation is aiming at. Your group seems like a group of good honest zombie players, who always play fair by the rules. So please make this one clear. Thank you. -- Kittithaj 21:28, 9 September 2009 (BST)

Thank you for the info. The two level 1 Scouts with generators do look suspicious. The third one though, I see nothing wrong with him. After all, he's 3 months old survivor in a known group (/zom/). Failing to rot revive in a lit building is not strange unless it's in an lit NT, which is then a bug. What seems to be the problem with him?
Also, what about the zombie side? You said there were zerging on both sides. A picture proof or Iwitness would be better, too. -- Kittithaj 18:50, 15 September 2009 (BST)
Too bad. The investigation's over then. Thanks for providing the info anyway. Nobody else cares to do that. And now that the Dead Bunnies switching to human side, the whole zerging accusation is likely to be swept under the carpet. -- Kittithaj 21:00, 16 September 2009 (BST)

Funny little history lesson

Rhodenbank is actually the home of the BIC (seriously!). The origional group to start it up began in the northeast, and I used the Rhodenbank center as a template for all the other pages. So there's a funny little tidbit for y'all to note in your attack records.

For both our sakes, I hope you have a speedy run through the suburb. Thank you, and your teammates, for using this valuable game resource!--~ Red Hawk One Talk | space for lease 03:37, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

On the topic of the Building Information Center, I thought I'd inform you (as the primary user of the individual suburb BICs) that they're gradually changing to a slightly different name format. Instead of being: "XXX Building Information Center", they're becoming "Building Information Center/XXX". This message is just so that you know how to link to them in your news updates. The top half or so of the city's been done, and I'm slowly working down, so you should be fine so long as you remember to check both.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 21:43, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
