- No, the first stop in minor cases like this should be the persons talk page. But I agree, good faith, grammar corrections are rarely seen as vandalism. If the person keeps correcting stuff after you've told them you don't want it, it may be viewed differently. Basically, it is advisable for users not to go around correcting stuff on other peoples user pages, but you'd need a very good case to show it was a bad faith edit -- boxy talk • i 00:48 23 January 2008 (BST)

- It was mostly unnecessary changes that you made. It is perfectly valid to use "I'll" and "I've" as a contraction of "I will" and "I have". "Centre" is how we spell "center", and "fav" instead of "favorite" is an acceptable slang contraction as well. The only valid corrections were "begging" and "survivor". Iscariot voted spam on your suggestions, with a few spelling mistakes, so you decided to give him a gob-full in return... coincidentally, 7 minutes later you just happen to edit a couple of extremely minor mistakes (and heaps of things that weren't even mistakes) on one of his user pages. I'm not insulting you. I am trying to get the attention of the Scour the Earth people so that I can find out who is behind it. Last month, a similar group of people, with a similar set of names, went after my group, The Irate Mall Owners of Malton, and I want to know who is responsible so that I can try and put a stop to them.
