The Basket

sorry?

i dont know many of the rules, but what had i done wrong by making that template? just curious.--MichaelRead 09:35, 3 September 2007 (BST)

Historical

Read the Historical Group description. It stays on the suburb page. Sonny Corleone WTF RRF ASS CoL 04:58, 28 July 2006 (BST)

OK I'll check that out but it makes it pretty confusing to figure out who/s/who when your working a burb. --Max Grivas JG,T,P! 05:01, 28 July 2006 (BST)

Suburbs

I'm following all your reports on suburbs ingame. I do hope that you aren't making it up to get rid of red suburbs. I've already found 2 that are BS. Sonny Corleone WTF RRF ASS

Wow. I sounded like an asshole there. Sorry about that. But yeah, I'm going to follow Kiki's reports since she filed 2 bullshit ones so far. Sonny Corleone WTF RRF ASS 01:04, 29 July 2006 (BST)

Danger Reports

Thanks for the heads up! I've been wondering why that doesn't really work. Anyway, you're right, the zoo is pretty bad, but the zombies inside the zoo don't go out and the rest of the suburb is relatively safe. I think the Malton Zoo Keepers are just fighting the Zombie Zoo Animals and sticking to their ground. --Ron Burgundy 22:34, 29 July 2006 (BST)

My policy

So you would support it in its current form? --Darth Sensitive Talk W! 05:05, 1 August 2006 (BST)

Yes! I reworded my statements and hope it now more clearly expresses that I support the policy and will continue to support it, as long as the stats appearance remains an exemption through-out the discussion period. I whole heartily support criteria being established to remove stale group pages in a speedy manner. --Max Grivas JG,T,P! 06:31, 1 August 2006 (BST)

Templates

I don't find templates as criteria 1. If so, 90% of them should get deleted. Also userboxes.--Thari T/C 23:08, 2 August 2006 (BST)

Only the ones folks have the notion to put up for deletion. If they are only a few lines and unrelated to the game, criteria 1 seems to best describe them. --Max Grivas JG,T,P! 04:54, 3 August 2006 (BST)

RE: Cades 'n stuff

I wanted to thank you very much for all your help in creating the Lockettside Barricading Policy... Without you it would have been not nearly as solid as it is now.

Just to make sure you saw it: as per your request, I posted a message at the BP discussion page of Nixbank. Looks good! What do you mean by a "dangerous" revive point btw? --John Cannonfodder 14:22, 27 August 2006 (BST)

I saw an if on one of the mediawiki sites but have never used it, Also I never thought about using ifndef to build the else in that way. Thats cool, thanks for pointing it out to me. Re: User:Maynard G Krebbs Page

Max, I created a wiki account under the name of Maynard G Krebbs specifically so that I could keep the User page under that name. This does not appear to be a violation of our proposed sockpuppet policy, so I'd like it left there, which allows me to maintain a separate account for areas that I wish to keep separate. I would like to put it back, but if this is a violation, please point me to the appropriate policy. I really hate all those slashes... don't ask me why; it's just a pet peeve I have. — Phoenixshade TJ!TUD 10:51, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Re: North Blythville Page

Actually, I do find it more asthetically pleasing, as do the members of the other groups whose flags were shown at 50px. I changed it back because the collective representatives of the majority of those groups decided that particular sized layout was the best one. There is no law, or rule that says the suburb pages have to be standardized, or that one size fits all, as such I will continue to change it back. Thanks for your help, we appreciate you concern, but as the groups that actually live in North Blythville, read the page regularly, and manage the page, we will handle it. Good luck getting modship :-)

Thanks for fixing the city map, Max. Your solution for consolidating the templates after Xoid and Gage got hold of them was a helluva lot better than the only code fix that came to my mind. Suburb Style Guide

Not sure whether you monitor the style guide page you worked up, but I dropped a suggestion into a style guide, which was edited out. I put it on the talk page, along with a concern that the style guide is currently being misused by some moderators. Regarding to The Gingerbread Men wiki

I have noticed that our wiki page on http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/The_Gingerbread_Men has been changed to historical group. Just a little heads up that we are NOT dead yet.

Sure, we haven't made any new updates or changes on the wiki but that doesn't mean we've phrased out. Could you please "unlock" our GBM wiki page so that we can say "We're still alive n kicking"?

Group Charts and the Stats Page

I noticed that my group, [Night Ravers], despite having over 10 members does not appear on the group listing in stats and the group chart indicates we have zero members. Quite odd. --Bette Noir 05:28, 12 October 2007 (BST)

Thank you for giving me feed back on the charts. They have gone pretty much unnoticed so far. I hope they may provide useful information. When a group is small it will sometimes disappear from the stats page temporarily. For example if any member of a group of ten becomes idle by not logging in for five or more days they disappear from the stats page. This coming and going was causing a lot of havoc with my ability to chart their progress. You may notice missing days from the rating chart which I've not worked on lately. This looks even weirder for some small groups other than night ravers. I put in a fix after reading your comment and now the membership chart simply shows "9 or less" instead of zero. Thanks again for the feedback and good luck finding your missing member and recruiting in the future. Your group has a really neat RP style. I hope it keeps growing. --Max Grivas JG / M.F.T. 06:47, 12 October 2007 (BST)
