I like it. --Raelin 09:32, 27 Oct 2005 (BST)

Though you might want something for skill suggestions where the sub/parent skills are somehow represented. --Raelin 09:38, 27 Oct 2005 (BST)
If you would like to make additions, feel free - I'm not sure entirely what you mean, so I'm not sure how to improve it. I don't mind people making additions (though remember that the test area is at User:Odd Starter/Suggestions. Since it's supposed to be for more than just skills and stuff, I wanted it to be as flexible as it could be, but if you think you can improve it, be my guest.
Yeah, after seeing more of what you're going for, it occured to me that there's really not a good way to implement what I suggested. Though, I did feel the votes heading being larger than the suggestion heading seemed a bit off, so I changed it (it's now as big as a sub-heading would be, was going to make it a real sub-heading but figured that would clog up the table of contents). I also think table makes it a little more readable, feel free to revert if you don't like the changes, though. --Raelin 20:51, 27 Oct 2005 (BST)
Good stuff. I originally did make the Votes header a real sub-heading, but realised that this would just encourage people to try and edit that section, which would direct them to edit the template. TOC constraints aside, this should be nice and easy. -- Odd Starter 21:51, 27 Oct 2005 (BST)

Re Timestamp... Too bad it didn't work... I think it's a great idea, by the way. Shadowstar 23:38, 28 Oct 2005 (BST)

Raelin, I have been thinking of automatic timestamps (mostly to assist in tampering protection), but as it turns out the wiki software is simply incapable of doing this (and this from the experts on the Meta wiki... -- Odd Starter 02:09, 29 Oct 2005 (BST)
Yeah, I had remembered seeing the variables while reading the manual on Wikipedia, and figured "Hey! That would be perfect!". After adding it, I realised that it would just insert the current date on every instance of the template instead of doing what I had intended. Though, while reading up on the signature editing, there's apperantly a way to write a template to a page that, instead of calling the template, replaces the text with the template itself. That could be a potential workaround, or at least that's what I've been looking into. --Raelin 02:38, 29 Oct 2005 (BST)
Well nope, looks like that won't work either. Oh well. --Raelin 03:20, 29 Oct 2005 (BST)
