Just outlaw pipe links, and only on admin pages. A lot of pages make good use of them elsewhere, but on VB, SD, MR, PM, etc etc, it's just a pain in my curiously hairy arse. Please do not spam talk pages with messages targeting users who are most likely not interested in the message/advertisement. Even if it's in jest it can annoy. However, the actual argument about vote striking on the voting page wasn't vandalism and as such, I'm just giving you a heads up that it's still fair game on whether you'd like to discuss/fight for the rules if you'd like. I personally think you're wrong but I won't enforce my views against your edits anymore and as such I'm considering it Yon's responsibility if he wants to discuss it with you, possibly over at A/A, as he is page organiser. So basically sorry it got so annoying and personal, I only enforced what I thought were the rules of the wiki but since the sysops ruled it as much more interpretable than I thought I'm happy to drop it and let you do what you'd like. --
