Real Gamer petition

I know a lot of people think it is whining, and people suggest just ignoring him. But the thing is, as I said, what he posts is pretty much hate speech. And I really believe the person behind it has some SERIOUS problems..... It is too much, he clearly crosses a boundary... and in-game solutions, I just do not think they are adequate responses. I noticed your post on Kevan's talk page, and I figured you would actually want a legitimate answer that Kevan has given when people asked that question before. Effectively, he disabled that option: "to avoid the problem of people hosting pictures on their own servers and then changing them unexpectedly (perhaps after being banned), and to make it easier to keep track of who was responsible for what..." Yeah, I had to put that there. By the way, there are many of us that vote Kill on the suggestions, not because we don't want to see any change. In fact, it is quite to the contrary. We would like to see change, but positive and meaningful change to the game. One thing that I have noticed is that there are a select group of users that seem to be spamming suggestions in this last little while. Specifically Vkkhamul and Jon Pyre are the two main users that I see put up a suggestion everyday. If there wasn't a limit on how many suggestions you could make in a day, I'm sure the main page would be flooded with a number of suggestions. Now that isn't to say that every suggestion that those two come up with is bad - however I will admit that their constant stream of suggestions (many of which are only minute changes) are becoming annoying.

While I want this game to be the best that it can, I would rather see major gameplay or interface changes made - rather than a series of minor fixes or addition of fluff to the game. In my opinion, the game is meant to be minimalist - that is the spirit of a text based MMORPG. Many of the recent suggestions have been things which a player can do on their own without Kevan changing thousands of lines of code. For me, I would rather see him add new skills or perhaps new sections of the city, before making changes that players, themselves, can regulate.
