A fellow with the name: Psychic Overlord dropped and fueled a genny in cooksley cinema, shortly after that 3 individuals devoted way too much AP to kill the one Blue Aegis Group member inside the building. They killed only our member, and no one else. This doesn't look like PH, but we're going to withhold coming to a verdict for now.
