Well, we can agree to disagree. And Fallout 3 reminds me more of Morrowind than either Oblivion or the original Fallouts. It's fun yah, but not as good of an RPG as the first two (or STALKER, which you better install. Get past that first merciless battle in the car park and you'll probably come to love it). 128 is the minimum for Oblivion, but you should be okay. It scales very well, so it might not look fabulous but it'll get the job done. It's not that great of a game in my humble opinion, but you might as well try it. Actually, its gameplay isn't super great on either platform, Oblivion did improve on that, but goddamn Morrowind's setting, story, and characters really rocked. Oblivion was just generic fantasy, but it looked better and combat was good (though simplified, apparently people thought crossbows and spears were too complicated). You should try Morrowind again before Oblivion, at least for a taste of it. And speaking of the ambiguous value of reviews, did you see Yahtzee's review of Fallout 3? Adding a new firearm to the game results in one of two things happening: A net survivor buff, or a newbie survivor nerf. How? It all comes down to find rates. If you simply put a new weapon and ammunition on top of the existing find rates, you increase survivor power because they can find weapons and ammunition more easily, which makes them overall more powerful as they dont need to search as much to find ammunition and weaponry, especially if they have all the gun skills, which will happen sooner, rather than later. On the other hand, if you reduce the find rates for everything else gunlike, you nerf newbies who will have a harder time finding weapons and ammunition that meet their specific skill set. If you notice, my suggestion does not either buff survivors or nerf newbies because the 'nail gun clip' is not found in places where bullets and shells are found. It is found in hardware stores, so the addition of it does not reduce the search rates of bullets, and because it's not better than a pistol per AP, it does not unfairly buff survivors either. Just though you should know that I actually kept both of those things in mind when I made this suggestion in the first place, which is why I put it forward to vote instead of my M-11 pistol idea. --Tselita 20:50, 6 May 2008 (BST) You're back!
