I just wanted to let you know what's up with your recruitment ad, since the edits you made awhile ago undid quite a lot of other work and were somewhat destructive in nature. The image you guys are using in the ad is a massive 111.5KB, but the recruitment page has a hard limit of 56KB for images in recruitment ads. The quick way to fix it is to simply upload a smaller or more compressed version of the image. Just open the image up in an editor, then save it back out as a .jpg file with slightly lower quality. You should see a major drop in file size for an indiscernible loss in visual quality. | |||

You have two weeks from the date listed in the comment (2011-07-25) to fix the issue.
