Recruitment page
You really screwed up the recruitment page with this edit. In future, make sure that you do not edit old revisions of pages (while looking through the page history, or diff comparisons). There is a large red warning note that comes up when you try to edit these old revisions, so it should be obvious to you that you need to go back and edit the current revision of the page. That edit made a lot of work for someone else, and such carelessness is not appreciated, and may be viewed as vandalism in the future if you fail to take more care now that you have been warned about it -- boxy talk • i 07:48 23 June 2008 (BST)
- I am not a vandal. There was no large red warning message. I don't know HOW to edit it once it has been removed, so it was a lot of work for me also! If our advert had been left as it was then all of this could have been avoided. So now, i have to go through the whole thing again as it has been removed despite being timestamped only yesterday?
- Why not increase the time stamp limit to one month, if not for everyone then at least for the groups who have been here for three years or more and have no intention of disbanding? --T13 13:38, 23 June 2008 (BST)
- Jesus. All you've got to do to insert your recruitment add back into the page is to put the following code in the appropriate place on the page.

- Going back and reverting to whole page back to when it was included fucks up everyone's adds that have been altered since yours was removed. Pay attention moron. I do this wonderful little thing called using the edit summaries when I remove an ad. You'll notice the last time I removed yours was because the timestamp was over 14 days old. I was well within my rights to remove it. Don't like it? Go cry to someone who gives a shit. Whitehouse has had to go through every single edit you fucked up and correct them individually.
If you don't like the 14 day time limit, it's simple, don't use the fucking recruitment page. Everyone else manages to update their timestamps or resubmit their ad, if you're too incompetent to do so, feel free to refrain from editing that page. It is not a requirement to edit the Recruitment page, it is a choice. --
