An interesting case

I looked it up-and it does speak to the situation, don't you think?

SO-Shall we continue? It is clear that you have some difficulties on the zerging front. Here is my in game question to you: You say "So Tony-now that I have Faked you up a bit-let's have a chat- you have zerg hunters closing in on you from three directions,you pked one of them and said: "haha busted you. your officially my bitch--Tony Darkgrave 00:22, 11 June 2010 (BST)" on the wiki- You edited out the accusations without addressing them and tomorrow I have to defend you against the entire Dunston Alliance that is voting on blacklisting you-now the last guy who said you were zerging got dead very quickly-but I KNOW you realize that won't work with me-getting shot is something that happens to me so much I leak when I drink-and you should never shoot your Judge Advocate General Procounsel the night before he defends you-but lets keep this simple-here are a couple of things you can do: A) Tell me you don't zerg and go on the zerg hunters forum to clear it up. B) Tell me you are not zerging anymore and send the alts out of the burb-I will report this to the DA and the zerg hunters 3) (I just said A B 3-bet that inspires confidence in my Lawyer skills!)Live as is but I would respectfully ask you to not fly RHVP tags since we do not zerg-although that would be Cerveceo's call since he is our leader-Now I am going to TRY to wait for your answer but I do expect Leroy Jenkems any minute because our friend Pusssy Farts was in the cemetery and voila!! Leroy got revived-did not see PF do it-but it was an interesting timing of events-So I might not hear your response on account of lead poisoning making me temporarily hard of hearing-I will try to help you if you are being framed-or if you are zerging but will stop and clear your name-the rest will be up to Cerveceo but if you are zerging it put him in a difficult spot. To quote your position on recent events:

I will say here for the record that I have observed you during this time and would corroborate what you have said about your actions in the RHVP during that time. I would also have you know that the zerg case against you is UDwitness based. It seems clear that Option A is no longer viable-which leaves option B) Tell me you are not zerging anymore and send the alts out of the burb-I will report this to the DA and the zerg hunters or option C) Live as is but I would respectfully ask you to not fly RHVP tags sice we do not zerg-although that would be Cerveceo's call since he is our leader. I would add here that the zerg hunters are relentless to wit: "No doubt Mr. Faulk has previously informed them of their wrong doing, but it might be a good idea to also inform them they will be blacklisted and tirelessly hunted as criminals should they not immediately cease zerging." From Resensitized site: "What Do You Guys Do? Kevan has implemented counter-measures to reduce the frequency and ease of zerging. While his counter-measures are very beneficial, no automatic system is able detect the majority of zerger activity. Thus, we have taken it upon ourselves to discover, rebuke, and punish zergers with the tools available to us in within the game. Zergers should be killed and instructed to visit this forum. Its worth noting that any attempt to lie or mislead the ZL mods at any point in requesting removal will result in all your alts permanently being added. This applies to claiming any listed alts are not yours or anything similar that could interfere with unbias and neutral operation of this list. 2: Post the names of your characters who are on the zerg list with profile Example:

3: Post screenshots or UrbanDead witness links that show these characters are indeed NOT together. Several suburbs of distance would be best. Can’t take a screenshot? Try downloading Printkey2000. 4: Ask nicely to get off the list (this part is the hardest part--no whining, no excuses, no complaining or bitching or moaning.) Something along the lines of "I would like to be removed from the list please as my characters are no longer together and will never be together ever again. Thank you."

5: Sit back and enjoy being off the list!

Very Well-from in game conversation you have taken option B (I am glad to hear it)-I understand your concerns but I would be happy to help you out regarding the zerg list-why don't you send your alts to where some of my alts are and I will take the screen shots for you and post up-I will vouch for you and you will at least be able to put them in an area where you know someone.-Thoughts?--Belisarius17 16:15, 13 June 2010 (BST)

Akule, Tony- I am no longer in the RHVP because of a conflict within the DA policies that states a 20 block minimum between Alts and no 2 group affiliations between alliance members with Alts. This became a problem when the Rangers joined the DA. They were not members when I put an alt with them, I have always followed the games rules regarding alts and did not know of the whole DEM "scandal" that resulted in larger buffer zones and tighter rules within the DA. I did not realize there was a problem until trying to clear up your situation. The only thing I could do at that point was to leave one of the groups and the RHVP is the more established group so I chose to leave them-which really bites because they are a great bunch of guys, but was the right thing to do given the rules.

Tony, I really hope you will take the time to resolve this in a positive way by going to the forum above, fixing it and following the more stringent guidelines.--Belisarius17 04:02, 24 June 2010 (BST)
